  The Team Lead will directly supervise and coordinate the activities of laborers' daily performance. The Team Lead will perform tasks involving physical labor at parking lots by measuring, remarking, and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers and stencils using a mechanical striping machine along with being accountable for driving a pickup and trailer. This position requires routine repair and maintenance of equipment in addition to other duties. The Team Lead will communicate daily the project status with key stakeholders in the project. In addition, the Team Lead will ensure that all materials are installed to manufactures' specifications for the project and all work is completed within VetBros standards.

Perform tasks involving physical labor by measuring, remarking and laying out parking lot bays, characters, numbers and stencils using a mechanical striping machine. The Lot Technician will inspect and maintain all striping equipment and supplies including vehicle tires, lights, brakes, gas and oil and complete minor repairs on the striping equipment as required. This person must have a strong understanding of VetBros' business and proven abilities in the areas of preparation and installation of striping.
